Thank You for visiting the Premium Taxi Network - Service portal! Through this service you are able to order high standard Taxi, Limo and Minivan services with a fixed rate. The cars are always provided to you by our members of the Premium Taxi Network.
Ordering and cancellation
When ordering a car through the portal you will be provided with a fixed rate for the desired service. The service will not be able to exceed the given rate unless there will be changes to the route made by the customer. The rate includes 15 min of waiting time or 1 hour in bookings made to depart from the airport. After 15 minutes the fee for waiting will be 25 EUR for each 30-minute period. All rates include VAT.
As a customer you are responsible to provide us with the correct information regarding the desired service. Cancellation is not possible online, please call directly to the number below! Free cancellation is to be made at least two hours before the ordered departure time. Late cancellation fee is 40 EUR. Fee for no show cases is the full price.
We will arrive to the desired location on time, usually 5-10 minutes earlier. In case of the driver being late, we will always contact the given telephone number. In case the customer doesn’t show on time, the driver will wait 15 minutes and then try to contact the customer again before leaving!

Processing of personal data
Personal data is processed in connection with the provision and production of the service. The processing of personal data is governed by the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Finnish legislation.
The ordering information is your own register, which part of the user will make when making a transport order or reservation and thus accepting these terms. The Registrar has the right to withdraw his consent to the processing of his information at any time.
You agree to ensure that your information is correct and notify the Service Provider if necessary. The Service Provider is not responsible for any problems arising from the use of missing, incorrect or outdated information in the provision of the service
Order-related information is kept for six (6) years required by the Accounting Act (1336/1997).
Data processing takes place in an electronic transport management system that has been found to meet the requirements of a general data protection regulation. Only users specifically identified by the Service Provider who are in an employment relationship will be granted access to the system.
Transport related information is handled by a driver who receives information through this application directly to his phone. Personnel have been instructed about the correct handling of personal data and are subject to confidentiality. Accuracy and care are observed in all computing
Disagreements and problems with the service are solved primarily by negotiating and ultimately in the District Court of Espoo.
